As the "face" of the hospital, the quality and safety of medical ward doors are of utmost importance. Therefore, meticulous attention must be paid during installation to avoid any defects due to oversight or other reasons. Here are ten common mistakes to avoid during installation:

1. Transportation: Take precautions to prevent scratches or dents on door frames and leaves during transportation. Ensure they are placed on a level, indoor surface away from direct sunlight yet with good air circulation.

2. Installation timing: Ward door installation should only proceed after completion of flooring works (like tiles or stone installation) and wall plastering and leveling. In areas destined for tile or stone cladding around the doorway, ensure the surfaces are fully aligned with the edges of the opening.

3. Installation method: Adopt the pre-cut opening installation method strictly; avoid concurrent installation with masonry work around the opening.

4. The ward door installation need to check the hole wall humidity, if the installation of the hole wall humidity <25%, it is normal to continue to install; if the installation of the hole wall humidity > 25%, it should be installed on the wall to do a good job on the moisture-proof isolation layer.

5. If it is a corner wall or wall installation ward door, in the installation before the need for the side without the door stack to do a face width size of not less than 50mm “false wall”.
